Pop’s Chili

Chili Dad's
Serves 40 people so you can cut it way down
Ingredients
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 bunches scallions chopped
- 4 sticks celery chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 5 -16 oz can of tomatoes squish with hands
- 5- 4 oz can of tomato sauce
- 2 - 6 oz can tomato paste
- 2 packages chili seasoning
Instructions
- Brown 2 lbs pasty meat if can't find ground chuck is fine
- 3-1/4 lbs ground chuck
- Salt, pepper & garlic salt to taste
- drain after browning
- Add to meat
- 2 cans light red beans with juice
- 2 can dark red beans with juice
- 1 cup chili powder
- Sprinkle seasoning salt, parsley flakes, garlic powder,, salt & lots of pepper
- Add meat & bean mixture to veggies in large pot
- While simmering add about 18 squirts of Worcestershire Sauce
