Place on tenderloin when served
1/2 cup cut green onion
1/2 cup oleo
1/2 cup dry white wine
Cook lobster tails..butterfly tenderloin
Remove lobsters from shell & place in the butterflied tenderloin
Drizzle butter over lobster & sew/tie together
Wrap partially cooked bacon over & around tenderloin
Place in shallow roasting pan & put in 425 degrees oven
Cook for 30 minutes for rare
