Auntie Joni's Tenderloin Stuffed with Lobster

Ingredients

  • 3 - 4 lbs tenderloin
  • 1 - 2 frozen lobster tails
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 lb bacon partially cooked
  • 1/2 cup cut green onion
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine

Instructions

  • Place on tenderloin when served
  • 1/2 cup cut green onion
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • Cook lobster tails..butterfly tenderloin
  • Remove lobsters from shell & place in the butterflied tenderloin
  • Drizzle butter over lobster & sew/tie together
  • Wrap partially cooked bacon over & around tenderloin
  • Place in shallow roasting pan & put in 425 degrees oven
  • Cook for 30 minutes for rare
