Ingredients

bacon

large onion chopped

vinegar

granulated sugar

water

tablespoons
flour

large potatos cooked cooled & cubed
parsley flakes
Instructions
Fry bacon & parsley flakes till nearly crisp
Remove from heat
Add flour to bacon grease & blend.
Add vinegar, sugar, water which have been combined.
Stir until thickens. Add onions saving 1/3 & cook a little longer.
Add potatos & mix well & cook 20 minutes longer..then add rest of onions
