Grame's Raviolis
Grame's Raviolis are the perfect for large gatherings, or you can freeze them and save them for a quick down home weeknight meal.

Instructions
Dough
Place flour in a large bowl and make a well in the center of the flour.
Drop eggs, oil and salt and knead together, use a Tablespoon of water at a time until dough is smooth when mixed. You will not use all of the water.
Let dough sit for 5 minutes and then divide into 5 sections.
Filling
Mix all ingredients
Making Raviolis
Roll each of the 5 dough sections into 1/16 inch sheets. Use 2-2.5 inch round cookie cutter to cut dough blanks.
Use a round teaspoon to place filling into the center of the dough blanks.
Fold the blanks, and crimp the edges with a fork.
Notes
Serve with your favorite marinara, meat sauce or olive oil and spices.
