Gramma Carol Lahti's Raviolis

Filling
- 3 Pounds Ground Chuck
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Cup Chicken Bouillon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Handful Fresh Garlic
- Pepper
- 3-4 Crusty Rolls or Bread Soak in Bouillon and Squeeze Dry
- Dash Cloves
- 1 Eggs
Dough
- 1 tbsp melted oleo
- 2 eggs
- 5 Heaping Cups All Purpose Flour Separate 2 Cups Flour
- 2 tbps Salt
- 11/2 Cups Water
Rolling Dough
Roll 1" thick by 4 1/2" wide dough into strips
Place meatballs (3/4"-1") and space apart.
Cover with separate dough strip, cut and crimp with fork.
Freeze in single layers on a pan until solid
Package once frozen
