Mom's Polish Sausage

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Polish sausage sliced
  • 1 1/2 c Ketchup
  • 1 bottle chili sauce. 12 oz
  • 3/4 c. Water
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 whole allspice
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c dry white wine add later

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients (except wine), Cook in 400 degree oven covered for 30 minutes
  • Then add wine cook 15 minutes longer
