Scotcheroos
The easiest recipe to make, especially if you just wait until Teri visits to have her make them!

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 6 cups rice cereal
- 6 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 6 oz pkg butterscotch chips
In large sauce pan, combine sugar, syrup & bring just to a boil.
Remove from heat
Stir in peanut better
Mix in cereal
Press in buttered 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan
Melt chocolate chips & butterscotch chips over a double boiler.
Spread over cereal mixture
Chill about 15 minutes cut into bars
