White Bread
Deliciously moist home made white bread

- 2 Cups Potato Water
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Oleo or Crisco
- 2 Packages Dry Yeast
- 5-6 Cups All Purpose Flour
Heat 1/2 cup potato water, sugar, salt & oleo in a small sauce pan over low heat until oleo melts and sugar dissolves.
Cool until mixture is lukewarm or around 110 degrees and add yeast. Let mixture sit for 10 minutes. (Ensure water is not too hot or yeast will not activate)
Add remaining ingredients and knead until smooth.
Place into greased loaf pans and let rise until dough doubles in size.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on baking racks, slice and enjoy!
