Mo’s Caramel Corn

Mo's Caramel Corn
Ingredients
- 5 quarts popcorn air popped works best
- 1 c butter
- 2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c light corn syrup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Heat until 240 degrees
- Pop the corn & spread on large baking sheet...or huge roasting pan.
- Keep warm in 250 degree oven until all other ingredients are ready
- Combine in med pan stir constantly at med heat 240 degree
- Remove from heat & add baking soda
- Pour over corn & stir
- Return to oven for 45-50 minutes stirring every 15 minutes
- Cool & serve
