Wet Bath

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Water

Dry Coat

  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Optional
  • 1 Cup Flour

Instructions

  • Mix Wet Bath Ingredients
  • Mix Dry Dredge Ingredients
  • Dredge Flowers in Wet Bath and then Dry Dredge
  • Fry Until Golden Brown
