Auntie Joni's Tenderloin Stuffed with Lobster
Ingredients
- 3 - 4 lbs tenderloin
- 1 - 2 frozen lobster tails
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 lb bacon partially cooked
- 1/2 cup cut green onion
- 1/2 cup oleo
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
Instructions
- Place on tenderloin when served
- 1/2 cup cut green onion
- 1/2 cup oleo
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- Cook lobster tails..butterfly tenderloin
- Remove lobsters from shell & place in the butterflied tenderloin
- Drizzle butter over lobster & sew/tie together
- Wrap partially cooked bacon over & around tenderloin
- Place in shallow roasting pan & put in 425 degrees oven
- Cook for 30 minutes for rare
