Colie's Spaghetti Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 Cans Tomato Sauce
- 1 Box (Small) Spaghetti
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 Lbs Ground Chuck
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 16 Oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large skillet, brown ground chuck , drain and then set aside.
- Boil pasta until al dente. Once complete, drain , cover and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add the onions and green peppers. Cook, until the onions are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add browned ground chuck back to the vegetables
- Add soup & water, mix & simmer for 10 minutes
- Add 8 oz of cheddar cheese & mix.
- Bake 350 degrees until hot & cheese melts
- Add rest of cheddar cheese on top & bake until melts
