Colie’s Spaghetti Casserole

Colie's Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 Cans Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Box (Small) Spaghetti
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 Lbs Ground Chuck
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 16 Oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a large skillet, brown ground chuck , drain and then set aside.
  • Boil pasta until al dente. Once complete, drain , cover and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add the onions and green peppers. Cook, until the onions are tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Add browned ground chuck back to the vegetables
  • Add soup & water, mix & simmer for 10 minutes
  • Add 8 oz of cheddar cheese & mix.
  • Bake 350 degrees until hot & cheese melts
  • Add rest of cheddar cheese on top & bake until melts
  • Enjoy!
