Grame’s Raviolis

Grame's Raviolis
Grame's Raviolis are the perfect for large gatherings, or you can freeze them and save them for a quick down home weeknight meal.
Ingredients
Dough
- 3 Cups Flour
- 3 Eggs Beaten
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Cup Water You will not use all of the water.
Meat Filling
- 1 Pound Italian Sausage
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Cloves
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Allspice
- 1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Seasoning
Cheese Filling
- 1 Pkg Baby Spinach Chopped Frozen & Drain Really Well
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 48 oz Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Pkg Small Curd Cottage Cheese
Instructions
Dough
- Place flour in a large bowl and make a well in the center of the flour.
- Drop eggs, oil and salt and knead together, use a Tablespoon of water at a time until dough is smooth when mixed. You will not use all of the water.
- Let dough sit for 5 minutes and then divide into 5 sections.
Filling
- Mix all ingredients
Making Raviolis
- Roll each of the 5 dough sections into 1/16 inch sheets. Use 2-2.5 inch round cookie cutter to cut dough blanks.
- Use a round teaspoon to place filling into the center of the dough blanks.
- Fold the blanks, and crimp the edges with a fork.
Notes
Serve with your favorite marinara, meat sauce or olive oil and spices.
