Mert's Swedish Rye Bread
Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp tbl shortening
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar
- 1/4 Cup dark karo syrup
- 1 1/2 Cup warm water
- 1 Pkg yeast
- 1 1/2 Cup rye flour
- 1 1/4 Cup white flour
- 1/1/4 Cup white flour
Instructions
- Bake 300 degrees for 1/2 hour then rotate
- last 15-20 minutes bake at 350 degrees
