Pop’s Polish Sausage
Mom's Polish Sausage
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Polish sausage sliced
- 1 1/2 c Ketchup
- 1 bottle chili sauce. 12 oz
- 3/4 c. Water
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 whole allspice
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c dry white wine add later
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients (except wine), Cook in 400 degree oven covered for 30 minutes
- Then add wine cook 15 minutes longer
